Complaints
- Complaints against the school or against individual members of staff may be addressed informally or formally. Good working relationships depend upon clear communications and understandings.
- If there is any reason that a pupil, parent, or carer is not happy, they must, in the first instance talk to the pupil’s mentor. If the complaint is against the mentor, then a request must be made to talk to another member of staff.
- Thereafter the Principal may be involved, and if not resolved the formal complaints procedure will be instigated.
- The Complaints Policy is available on request.
